How do I rectify this issue? Email font size changes after sending out (Outlook for Mac)

Hi Microsoft,

I have been facing an issue with the email font size after I send out emails, forward to even reply.

The font size changes itself automatically and this can be either from the body message or the signature. However, I am not able to spot this message directly from my sent box. I can only know when the recipient informs me of the BIG AND SHOUTY message.

I am currently sending emails using my own company's domain, on my personal MacBook Pro laptop, on the Outlook App on Mac.

Please advise me on what I can do as I have tried all possible ways to rectify but I'm still unable to.

Hi Kellie - did you ever resolve this issue?

I am having the same problem. Only after I send an email, will it become apparent that random words or sentences within the email chain have been enlarged.

It isn’t a font setting, as these are all normal.

Attached an example screenshot where my name in my signature is enlarged.

    Hello

I am Abdal and I would be glad to help you with your question.

I can help you with this issue. Here are some things you can try:

Check your Outlook settings. Make sure that the font size and style are set to the default settings. You can do this by going to File > Options > Mail > Stationery and Fonts.

Use a different font. Try using a different font, such as Arial or Times New Roman.

Reinstall Outlook. If you've tried all of the above and you're still having problems, you can try reinstalling Outlook.

    I hope this information helps.

    Regards,

    Abdal

Yep, me too - version 16.78.3 This issue has been ongoing for long time! It is beyond embarrassing when I see a reply come back from a client my huge text in parts of the email! Not acceptable from Microsoft not to resolve.

They really should resolve this urgently - seems to be going on for over a year.

Maybe have to revert to Mac Mail tool.

Microsoft - please SORT THIS OUT !!

I also have users reporting this email issue. Font looks normal on the sender's Outlook client, both in her "sent" items, and in the inbox (she was cc'ed on the email she sent).

However all other recipients have just 1 paragraph in the middle of the email in Aptos instead of Calibri (which is what the rest of the email, and the entirety of the original email) are in.

I have the same problem. My cc copy to me comes back perfect but to other recipiants one paragraph is in huge lettering. Why are WE having to sort this out. come on Microsoft we are paying for this program.
