Why can't I see my replies?

When I click on an email chain in my inbox, it DOES NOT show what I replied. I can't remember how I responded three days ago. So now I have to go into my sent emails and find my reply.

Guys, I found the solution here.

From the Outlook on web, view - view settings - Message Organization - Show email grouped by conversation and select Newest on top.

    I hope this helps.

Can you please provide an answer, I am so frustrated with this as I need to see my latest response in my inbox, or what is the actual point? It's just so backwards, as a new user to Outlook from Gmail I am utterly disappointed as such a simple thing being made so difficult. Surely it's just common sense that someone would want to see the latest conversation in their inbox??

Selecting conversation view does nothing for me and I also do not have an option to 'include other folders' on my Office365.

Come on Microsoft, surely you are better than this???

Literally a week away from moving our account to Gmail if I don't get an answer to this - something that's ACTUALLY USER FRIENDLY!!

    Dear De Paul,

I have the same issue as Nicole on both the app and the desktop. I have the message "You replied to this message on 6/26/23 11:31 am" but I cannot read the message in the conversation. On Desktop, there is a blue circle with "i" in it. On desktop, I can click on the "i" and the message comes up separtately - still not part of the conversation. On the App, you cannot click on the "i".

This just started happening only about 3-4 WEEKS ago. It's been fine the entire past 5 years I've used Outlook.

I have checked my settings on both - Platforms? Is that the right word? - and I still have the same problem. It's TERRIBLY annoying and inefficient to scroll through sent messages when I'm trying review past conversations.

    Please Help!!

    Thank you!

    Audrey

I am using the app as suggested by Office 365. I am not able to find the Show Messages from other Folders directive.
