outlook not sending emails to yahoo or aol

My emails to Yahoo and AOL are rejected, beginning this January 2024.  AOL/Yahoo's response was:

  Thanks for reaching out to Yahoo Customer Care.
  I understand you're having trouble sending mail to our members, reporting RL01 [and RL02] errors. I'll be happy to assist.
  **Microsoft is aware of the changes we have made** to combat abusive mail coming from their network.
  **Please work with Microsoft to authenticate your sending domain.** This is not a block on your domain, but mail will be deferred for unauthenticated domains from their IPs.
  Per our privacy policies, we can't give out any additional information regarding IP activity or status.
  We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

What needs to be done so I can again send emails to Yahoo and AOL accounts?

Same issue as well. As of March 11th, 2024, no emails to Yahoo or AOL from my Outlook.

Same issue here, as of Mar 2nd, 2024. I cannot send email from my Outlook TO AOL or Yahoo.

How do I make sure the SMTP settings are correct?
