    Hello Mourait!

Thank you for posting here in Microsoft Community.

I understand that you are trying to login to your Microsoft account, as you never have been able to login to this account before. I would like to inform you at the beginning that Microsoft account recovery is managed by a completely automated server, and we do not have manual access to it. Microsoft takes the security and privacy of our customers very seriously. We are committed to protecting your personal information, and the meticulous account recovery process is intended to protect you from any possible malicious activity. For now, please allow me to do the best I can to help you with the process.

To log in to your Hotmail account, you can follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Hotmail login page at Microsoft account | Home.
    2. Enter your email address and click on "Next."
    3. Enter your password and click on "Sign in."

On this part, if ever you are unsuccessful on logging in to your account. Do you see any error messages?

If you have never logged in before and are having trouble accessing your account, you can try resetting your password by clicking on "Forgot my password" on the login page. You will be prompted to enter your email address and follow the steps to reset your password.

I hope this helps! If you are still having trouble, please do let me know.

    Regards,

    Arquel C.
