This is the most Microsoft thing I've heard in a while. Imagine not including this feature to a product that contains all your contact data...
Export Outlook (Mac) contacts (by category) to .CSV
I need to export categorized contacts (contacts assigned to a category in Outlook for Mac) to a .csv file.
This should be possible...right?

2024-01-15T19:10:41+00:00 Dear Eric Jackson1,
Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.
Currently, the only export option available at this time is the .olm archive file in the legacy Outlook for Mac version. You can refer to Export items to an archive file in Outlook for Mac. Therefore, it doesn't seem feasible to export contacts to .csv file in outlook for Mac at the moment.
Regarding exporting categorized contacts, Outlook allows exporting Outlook items based on assigned categories. However, not just contact only, it will export all Outlook items with that selected category including emails, calendar items, tasks etc.,
If you have any other questions or I'm mistaken, please feel free to let me know.
Thank you for your precious time and understanding. Have a nice day.
Sincerely,
