Hello Jackson,
My name is Jackson and thank you for your question.
" I pulled the following information from https://support.microsoft.com/office/35027f88-d655-4554-b4f8-6c0729a723a0 :
" With message recall, a message that you sent is retrieved from the mailboxes of the recipients who haven’t yet opened it.
Message recall is available after you select Send and is available only if both you and the recipient have a Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Exchange email account in the same organization. So, for example, a message sent to or from a Hotmail, Gmail, or live.com account can't be recalled.
- Select Sent Items in the left folder pane, then double-click the sent message to open it in a separate window.
- On the toolbar, select The Recall Message button. Recall Message, then select OK in the confirmation dialog box.
- Shortly thereafter, you'll receive a Message Recall Report in your inbox. Select the link in that message to see whether your recall has succeeded, is pending, or failed.""
If what you are using is the Outlook.com web, Unfortunately you do not have the recall your email messages.
Warm regards,
Jackson E.
