Slightly different for me: I have a hosted 365 account with GoDaddy; works fine in old Outlook (version 2312), but when you click the "new Outlook" the email account is not present (all other 365 and IMAP accounts are there. trying to add the account in new Outlook produces the NOOFFICEPROPLUS error. When you switch back to old Outlook the email account is there.

    Hello,

I have the same problem, one main account with microsoft 365 business standard licence that works fine in the new outlook app

But when I try to add the other e-mail account (shared e-mail for the company "info@...... ) the software says that there is an error, the error message is the following:

    Error code: NOOFFICEPROPLUS

Thank you very much for your help

It is a new Licensing Policy it seems to not allow mailboxes without a full license including M365 Apps to connect with an outlook client.

That is exactly the same as me. My new account is a Go Daddy hosted account for my new business. I have now gone back to outlook 10 and been able to add the account. I was thinking of then going back to Outlook 11 and hoping it would still be there, but given your experience, I will stay where I am.
