Moving Navigation Pane in New Outlook

I just started using the "New Outlook" and the navigation pane is back on the left side. There is no longer a file button to use, and there is no navigation pane option in the view tab. Please advise.

What a garbage response. If you guys aren't going to keep functionality that you have had for years and years then don't "update" or "fix" anything at all. Ffs.

There is no solution to this problem that keeps the new outlook. Thanks, though!

    Hello Dotson Scarlett,

Good day to you and hope you are doing well.

In New Outlook for Windows, at this moment there is no such option to move navigation pane and use File option to change such settings. If you would like, previous Outlook's view, you can revert to Classic Outlook view by Turn off New Outlook option. if this option not available, you can change by registry as mention Toggling out of the new Outlook for Windows preview - Microsoft Support

In classic Outlook, you can change navigation bar by follow below steps and Customize the Navigation Bar - Microsoft Support

    Hope this information helps you.

    Thank you.
