I appreciate your response here but, also have to say, this has been a useless feature for me. I work in a global organization and would very much like to make use of it, but right now the functionality works like this:
- Write email to send later.
- Schedule send.
- Be at your computer at the scheduled time to be sure Outlook is open so send can happen.
If Outlook has to be open, then I'll be at my computer... and if that's the case: there's no reason to schedule it. I'll just send it... not during the recipients work hours, but during my own. And the whole point of this is to not have to do that.
