    Hello Snoopy_564,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I am a Microsoft user just like you, I hope you are doing well.

Sorry for the inconvenience. You cannot stop people from trying to access your account; the only action you can take is to secure your account to ensure that there is no successful access to your account.

Two-step verification helps protect you by making it more difficult for someone else to sign in to your Microsoft account. It uses two different forms of identity: your password, and a contact method (also known as security info). Even if someone else finds your password, they'll be stopped if they don't have access to your security info. This is also why it's important to use different passwords for all your accounts.

If you already have two-step verification enabled and you are having successful sign-ins, you can change the sign-in preference for your Microsoft account by adding an alias, then, uncheck your current primary alias that is constantly being accessed as sign-in preference. You will now access your account using your newly added alias.

Outlook.com lets you have multiple aliases associated with a single account, adding an alias will give you an additional email address that uses the same inbox, contact list, and account settings as your primary email address. You can choose which email address to send mail from, and you can sign in to your Outlook.com account with any of your aliases—they all use the same password.

To add an email address as alias:

    1. Go to Add an alias. Sign in to your Microsoft account, if prompted. https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?linkid=864833
    2. Under Add an alias, do one of the following: a.) Create a new Outlook.com email address and add it as an alias. b.) Add an existing email address as an alias.
    3. Select Add alias.

Do not remove/delete your current email as an alias, it should remain in your account to receive emails but it will no longer work as sign-in.
