How can I enlarge my messages display screen? My emails are loading in a tiny format, and I cannot read them. I don't know how to enlarge them like they were.

To make your email messages appear larger in the Windows Mail app, follow these steps:

Windows Mail App:

• Open the Windows 10 Mail app.
• At the bottom of the Inbox, click the Mail Settings gear icon.
• Go to Personalization.
• Under Change Folder and Message Spacing, select Spacious.

In Classic Outlook for Windows :

• On the status bar of your Outlook app, click the zoom slider. Slide to the percentage zoom setting that you want. Click – or + to zoom in gradual increments
• 
• Zoom in or out of a document, presentation, or worksheet - Microsoft Support

In New Outlook for Windows or Outlook web app Microsoft 365:

• Open Outlook.
• Go to the top menu and click on the View tab.
• In the Zoom group, you’ll find options to increase or decrease the zoom level. Click on the “+” or “Zoom In” option to make the content larger.
• 

Remember that adjusting the display settings (such as screen resolution or scaling) can also impact the overall size of elements on your screen. If you want to try stretching it further, consider increasing the screen resolution or custom scaling in Settings > Accounts > Display.

Additionally, ensure that your display drivers are up-to-date for optimal performance.

My email messages are seen in tiny space on the screen. How could it be improved. I am not referring to the text.

I have the same problem in New Outlook. My View for Zoom + icon is not highlighted in Outlook so I am unable to adjust the very large setting for new email messages. I am using classic Outlook because I have tried multiple ways of adjusting it. Any ideas, please?

Same for me. Quite frustrating with the new outlook!
