Thank you Leavit2Deaver! Our corp IT guy couldn't even fix it and had to contact Zoom. They are aware of the issue and are trying to fix it. In the meantime (this is really strange, but it worked!), Zoom says to go into Outlook (not thru the web) in the Zoom recurring meeting (all), and put a space after the title, then save/update. Then they said to go into the individual occurrence of the recurring meeting I was trying to reschedule and try the change again. Low and behold it worked! Very odd! It's happened to me twice now and both times, it has worked. Just hope they fix it soon, so I won't have to continue doing this!
CLOSING TICKET 0;Error 3000 and error 4502 for a week now - I have restarted and updated zoom
Trying to move a an occurrence of a reoccurring meeting, as well as cancel another date for the meeting and I get errors.

2023-11-08T03:15:39+00:00 Hello Erin,
Thank you for posting this case in Microsoft Community!
Based your description, you are facing the error 4502 and 3000 respectively for one week now when moving an occurrence of a reoccurring meeting, as well as cancel another date for the meeting using the Zoom Outlook plugin. I would like to cooperate with you working on this case.
To clarify this case, this case is related to the version of Zoom Outlook plugin which not integrated into Outlook client as the bug. This bug has been fixed by the Zoom version 5.15.5.926 (Windows) which is current release. For my suggestion, you may check Zoom product official website and know more about this. Thus it is recommended that you may upgrade to the latest version of Zoom Outlook plugin and re-enable this add-in in Outlook to test it again.
If you need further assistance, please feel free to let me know, I will keep assisting you.
Your understanding and patience will be appreciated.
Thank you!

2023-12-04T16:06:49+00:00 That is really freaky - but it worked for me also - adding the space after the meeting title. And I was able to resave it, now with added space, WITHOUT having to resend it to all the attendees (which would have been annoying for them), and it still worked, I was then able to change the one occurrence (which I DID send to attendees). Much easier than switching to "New Outlook" which apparently means rebuilding my whole Outlook experience (why the heck can't it carry settijngs over from old outlook...? Humph)

2023-11-22T15:38:03+00:00 I updated, restarted, cleared cache for the zoom app, reinstalled the app entirely and nothing worked.
The thing that ultimately fixed it was switching to the new version of outlook. There was a little toggle at the top right of the outlook app. I opted in to the new Outlook, and stopped getting the error.

2023-11-20T05:44:51+00:00 Hi Eleni,
I met the same problem... I upgrade both Zoom and Zoom Outlook plugin to the latest version. Restart laptop. But the problem is still there. I can't revise an occurrence of a reoccurring meeting, it showed 0;error 3000.
