I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with Outlook on Mac.
Please, confirm if you are using the new Outlook or Legacy Outlook on MAC.
Try recreating your Outlook profile and add your account to the new profile.
From Finder, open the Applications folder.
Ctrl+click or right-click Microsoft Outlook, and then select Show Package Contents.
Open Contents > SharedSupport, and then launch Outlook Profile Manager.
Select the Create a new profile button, and then enter a name for the new profile.
If the issue persists, try reverting to the Legacy Outlook and vice versa if on the New Outlook, and checking if working.
Help menu and select Revert to Legacy Outlook.
