Unable to preview PDF files in Outlook

I used to be able to preview PDF files in outlook and for some reason it no longer will allow this. I have tried multiple fixes for this but none of them have worked!

    I have the same issue in outlook web version. (In Mac, Safari browser). How do I fix it there?

    I forgot to say that the Excel and Word previewers work fine.
