Hello - I cannot access my email on my iPhone, I've reset the password and it says it is blocked. I tried removing the email from my phone and adding it back it but it will not work. When I send an email from my desktop computer recipients are getting the following bounceback when they respond to me. How can I resolve this?

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: ********@fthcapital.com (*********@fthcapital.com)
Your message couldn't be delivered. The Domain Name System (DNS) reported that the recipient's domain does not exist.Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their domain isn't properly registered at their domain registrar. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem. For more information and tips to fix this issue see this article: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=389361.

So I think I figured it out on my own. It looks like when I was hacked, someone set up a rule to forward to the domain fthcapital and then my email was sending a bounceback to the original sender that that domain doesn't exist. I am not sure what benefit this is for someone, but I have deleted the rule and it seems to have fixed it. I guess we'll see.

    Thanks for trying.

So just to be clear. You think you said this somewhere in all that garbage you sent me, and now you’re trying to take credit for solving my problem, and blaming me for not understanding your technological jargon?

Thats retarded, but keep patting yourself on the back.

Your whois record shows the following info (see screenshot below).

Your registrar is NameSilo. You need an MX record to be able to receive email. As of now there is no MX record for your domain so when someone sends you an email, their mail servers don't know where to send it to.

Hi there - it was my email that the bounce back was received from. Who do I notify that my domain may not be properly registered at the domain registrar?

How do I reach someone to help me with this? I've tried to follow the directions that one of my contacts received from the bounce back.

    Dear Kim Say

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

To resolve this issue, you can follow the instructions provided in the bounceback message:

Contact the recipient by alternative means, such as by phone, and inform them about the email delivery issue.

Ask the recipient to notify their email administrator that their domain may not be properly registered at their domain registrar.

Provide the recipient's email administrator with the error details mentioned in the bounceback message.

The recipient's email administrator will need to investigate and address the domain registration issue to ensure that the domain is correctly configured in the DNS records. Once the domain registration issue is resolved, email delivery to the recipient's domain should function properly.

If you continue to experience difficulties with email delivery after the recipient's domain registration issue has been resolved, you may want to reach out to your email service provider or IT support for further assistance.

Feel free to post back if you need further assistance.

    Best Regards,
