I received an email from Account services saying that I requested that my hotmail account be closed. The message says that will happen on 4/22. How do I respond to this?

That email is a Phish designed to get you to respond so that the bad guys know they have a live email address that they can send a TON of additional spam and malware to, or that they can extort money from. The proper response is to NOT click anything, DO NOT call the phone number, and delete the email immediately.
