Contact support email for outlook?

Hello, I have a problem my account is locked and I have tried everything. How can I get help?

Please I need to get back my email ,

I tried alot to change the password but the verification steps didn't work .

I need assistance with my Outlook email. On many occasions, I don't receive emails which I know have been sent. For example an employer sent me a contract of employment about 5 times, but I never received it, and eventually had to provide them with an alternative email address. Likewise when trying to login to some 3rd party apps on my phone, then request a verification code, which I never receive, so I cannot login to the apps.

This is not an issue with the outlook app either on my phone or desktop, but with outlook.com or somewhere upstream. I have been through all the self service and looked at rules, filters, blocked and safe email filters, and I have not exceeded my space, so its none of these issues.

I need some assistance from Microsoft to resolve the matter, but there is no email address you can send anything too.

Type or describe the issue in the search bar. Click on the "Get Help" button. Click the "Contact Support" button at the bottom of the page. Select your option under "Product and services" and "Categories". Choose your Support option, preferably select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" Enter your email address and Confirm your email again.

Once you do that, a service request will be open, and you will need to exercise patience for the Microsoft Support Agent to chat with you live.

I have been totally frustrated by the inability to reach, control or use my primary email address: ******@danburkhart.com.  I do not know how to explain the ongoing problems, however, there are about 81 old emails that are dated back as far as 2015 currently showing in this account. I  purchased the URL: danburkhart.com at Godaddy.com and transferred it to Microsoft some years ago.  It has never worked properly since this transfer. I do not know how to explain the problems in “techy terms” but I am request that someone on your end take some time and help me to discover the several existing problems and fix them. The email that has been sent to ******@danburkhart.com has become unavailable to me. I don’t know why nor where they maybe located.
