    To track which email recipients have read your email in Outlook, you can request read receipts. Here’s how you can do it Add and request read receipts and delivery notifications in Outlook for Windows - Microsoft Support:

    1. While composing your email, go to the Options tab.
    2. In the Tracking group, select the Request a Read Receipt check box.

    This will send you a notification when the recipient opens your email. However, keep in mind that the recipient can decline to send a read receipt, and some email programs might not support this feature.
