Good morning, Chongjian (Cathy) Waggener.
Welcome to the Microsoft Community Forum. Please accept our warmest regards and sincerest hope that all is well.
From the brief description provided above you are unable to log-in to your email account.
This issue may be caused by e-mail account settings that need to be changed. Or it may also be a problem with the Internet connection or computer you are using to send and receive emails. So, let's work together as a team to get to the bottom of this. But to better assist you I need to ask:
- What's the domain of your email account? I don't need the actual email address. I just need to know if it's @Outlook.com or @Gmail.com or @Yahoo.com or something else.
- What are you using to check emails? Are you using an email client or application like Outlook where your email account was added to? Or are you just using your favorite web browser and logging in to your email account?
- If you are using the Outlook app, what version of Office do you have? Microsoft 365 Personal? Microsoft 365 Family? Microsoft 365 Business Standard? Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise? Office 2016? Office 2019? Office 2021? I specifically need the Product name and Version number as highlighted in the guide and photo below.

- When did you start experiencing this issue? An exact date of when this issue occurred could prove helpful. If not possible an estimate in days, weeks or months will be fine too.
- If you tried using a different device than the one you are using right now and log-in to your email account using a web browser, are you able to so without any issues?
I appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Respectfully,
