    Dear Sahil R Gadhia,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the Schedule Send feature in Outlook. To clarify, are you using the Classic Outlook for Windows version or the newer version of Outlook for Windows? Could you please provide us with the screenshot of your outlook for Windows version details? see What version of Outlook do I have? - Microsoft Support

If you're using the Classic Outlook for Windows version the Schedule Send feature should be available. To use the Schedule Send feature in the classic version of Outlook for Windows, you can follow these steps:

    1. Compose a new email message.
    2. Click on the "Options" tab in the ribbon.
    3. Click on "Delay Delivery" in the "Delivery Options" group.
    4. In the "Properties" dialog box, select the "Do not deliver before" checkbox and choose the date and time you want the message to be sent.
    5. Click "Close" to save the changes.

For additional information, you can refer to Delay or schedule sending email messages in Outlook for Windows - Microsoft Support

If you are using the new outlook version, it has same UI with the outlook the web, while composing a message, select the dropdown next to Sendand select Schedule send.

I look forward to your update. Please feel free to let me know how it goes or if I got you wrong. If you still have any concerns, please let me know so I can provide more suggestions.

Thank you for your precious time. Have a nice day.

    Sincerely,

    Hi,

I am unable to schedule an email using either of the above options. In New Outlook, the drop down box only gives me the option to Send or Start Mail Merge.

When I switch back to the Classic Outlook, my email doesn't show in the drafts folder so I can't open it to try the other suggestion.

    Please help :-)

    Best regards

    Kylie

I was having this issue with the classic version of the app, not the web version or the "new outlook." From this thread, I knew I had to find the options tab. But I couldn't find the options tab no matter where I looked; it turns out that the options tab (where you can get to delay delivery) only shows up when the email is popped out, not if it's in the drafts folder or it's a reply. Click pop out in the top right, and it'll show up.

I am reaching out to address an issue I've encountered with the schedule send option in Outlook. While I am well aware of the delay delivery option, I have previously utilized the schedule send feature, as depicted in the attached screenshot. However, I've recently noticed that this option is no longer available in my Outlook interface.

To provide further context, I have included a screenshot displaying the version information of my Outlook application. Despite my efforts to locate the schedule send option, it appears to have been removed or disabled in my current setup.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. If there are any additional details or information required from my end, please do not hesitate to let me know.
