"Add public folder to Favorites" does not work

We are trying to test out public folders to see if it's a viable solution in our business. The primary and secondary Public Folder mailboxes were created, and a few folders were created with myself as the owner. However, when I go onto Outlook (new client), when I right-click and select "Add public folder to Favorites", no further dialogue box pops up so that I can select the public folder. This problem occurs within the client, the Web App (tried Firefox and Edge, on Windows and Mac).

I see that this bug was addressed and supposedly fixed in April 2023 (incident no. EX540990), but this is now an issue again.

Please advise.

    Unfortunately, the issue has re-surfaced again, this is being fixed as I type the message.

    We have exactly the same issue, clicking on "Add" doesnt do anything!
