    Hello Jack Partridge,

Good day! Hope you are doing well!

Based on further research, it seems that this case may be related to shared calendar settings in Outlook on the web. For my suggestion, you may also go to Outlook Web > Settingslike gear icon**>Calendar>Shared calendars**. Please check if Calendar updates are enabled for certain shared calendars, if Yes, please disable it to check again.

Please check my workaround and provide more useful information for further assistance, please feel free to let me know, and I will keep assisting you.

Again, your understanding and patience will be appreciated.

    Sincerely,

    Community moderator

    Hello Jack Partridge,

Thank you for posting this case in the Microsoft Community!

Based on your description: How to stop the Calendar creation notification email as shown in the image. I would like to cooperate with you to work on this case. To clarify this case, please kindly help to collect the following information for further analysis:

    • Do you face the same issue when the calendar notifications are turned off? Add or delete notifications or reminders in Outlook - Microsoft Support
    • How about your Outlook version? Please kindly provide us with your Outlook version with product details by going to Outlook > File > Office Account and sharing that entire page screenshot with hidden personal information. What version of Outlook do I have?
    • Are you using Microsoft 365 or a Business account? If using personal account types such as *Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, Live.com,*and so on?
    • If this case exist on any events or appointments you created in the Outlook calendar?
    • If this case exist on any other users from your organization? Or only you are facing this case?
    • If this case only exists in your Outlook client recently? How about the before?
    • Have you tried to sign in to Outlook Web and create any events or appointments if getting the same case?

For my suggestion, if working fine in Outlook on the web, you may try to open Outlook in safe modeto check if working fine or not. Please check if there is any Microsoft Outlook add-ins or apps set up in Outlook that auto-create and send notification emails for Outlook events. If Yes, you may check and disable them to check again.

More on starting Outlook in safe mode and disabling add-ins.

Please understand that the initial response may not resolve your case directly, but you can try my workaround and provide more useful information for further assistance, please feel free to let me know, and I will keep assisting you.

Your understanding and patience will be appreciated.

    Sincerely,

    Microsoft Community Moderator
