    Hello IT_Support_RD,

    Good day!

If you add the permissions in Exchange, the shared mailbox should appear in the new outlook under the shared with me folder after a few minutes. You can expand it to see if this is the case.

->If it is still not appearing, you can try to add it with the following steps and check whether the shared mailbox displays in your Folder list under this folder.

    1. right-click on the account name or shared with me folder in the left navigation pane, and then choose Add shared folder or mailbox.
    2. In the Add shared folder or mailbox.  dialog box, type the name or email address of the shared mailbox, and then click Add.

    .

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best Regards,

    Ashraf.

    This is horribly broken.

    • When composing or replying to an email, you must manually pick which email address you send from and must manually switch the signature.
    • Sent items, drafts, deleted items and so on only go to the respective box of the main account, not the shared one.
    • Not notified when receiving mail to a shared mailbox.
    • No access to calendar of shared mailbox.
    • Not able to add the the shared mailbox as a separate account because it says, "The email address provided isn't an alias of the account. Please update the email address and try again."

    Hello,

How do you take the mailbox out of the shared with me folder so that it looks like it's own account like the previous outlook version?

This is horrendous and STILL broken after months, apparently Microsoft wants to completely alienate all their corporate customers. No-one in a business environment uses mailboxes like this.
