Mailbox reporting and monitoring

Thanks for that reply. I'm not familiar with Power Automate, is there anything in there that I can apply directly to my mailbox to analyse? Or does this need to be custom built, and if so is there any learning tools I can use to build this?

• For example, in Microsoft 365 (Outlook), you can convert a shared mailbox to a regular mailbox and assign a license to it. Then, view email activity reports in the admin center.

Automated Flow in Microsoft Power Automate:

• If you’re using Outlook, you can create a flow in Power Automate to count the number of emails (both read and unread) in a specific folder of your shared mailbox.
• The flow can send you a daily email with the count of emails received that day.
• While building the flow, ensure that it forwards only one email with the total count for the day.
