How do I insert a GIF file in Outlook and make it play automatically? And ensure it plays when forwarded to others?

As the title says!

Inserting a GIF file doesn't play automatically, it just displays as a static image.

The version is 2019 Professional Plus.

Methods attempted:

Tried going to Options > Advanced > Display > Enable GIF playback (but I don't have this option), only option is to disable hardware graphics acceleration.

Outlook | Windows | New Outlook for Windows | For home

    I understand that you need to play GIF file automatically on your outlook desktop app.

    According to the description, I've checked a few things on my end, you cannot play GIF file automatically on your outlook desktop 2019/2021 Professional Plus. This feature is not available on that version of desktop outlook.

    I do understand your need for this, and we do apologize if we are not able to meet your requirements. However, thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will surely raise your concerns to our Product Team and hopefully this can be included in the future updates.

    In case, I misunderstood you in any way, please let me know.
