iCal will not sync with Exchange work calendar

Hi

All of a sudden my iCal will not sync with/ show my exchange calendar. The emails are showing up but the calendar isn’t. The iCal is where I manage all my competing priorities personal and work together. I have tried resetting my iPhone/ deleting my email account and reading it/ going from data to wifi / changing the default calendar to my exchange calendar/ updating passwords in my password settings area/ to no avail.

I have downloaded the outlook app and can see my calendar there but it is of course separate from my iCloud personal calendar and I really need to have them on the same app/ location so I don’t overbook or cross book myself.

HELP!

Right after posting I found a solution that worked for me hallelujah! Hope this helps you all:

The following fix worked for me on MacOS is Sonoma 14.2.1 (23C71):

    1. Close Outlook, Mail and Calendar apps
    2. Open Activity Monitor
    3. Force quit the process called "exchangesyncd"
    4. Relaunch the Calendar app and give it a few minutes

    Yay!

I have the same problem that the original poster describes. I used to have no trouble with seeing my work Outlook exchange calendar on the phone or desktop app version of my iCal. Since this past fall, the calendars don't consistently sync, but even more strange, some times they do sync. I have been missing meetings, and it is creating major problems for me to not be able to view personal and work calendars in one place like I did for many years prior. Like the OP, I have tried all of the trouble shooting tips numerous times. The only thing that seems to work temporarily is updating the OS, but even that doesn't quite work. I also noticed that the trouble began around the time that Microsoft came out with the new version of Teams. Please fix this issue!

Same here, just started happening only with my Exchange calendar in iCal. All other calendars sync fine (Google, iCloud, Manual, etc).

Exchange is the only one with the syncing issue. However, it works on my iPhone for some reason. Maybe something to do with a new Mac update? My current MacOS is Sonoma 14.2.1 (23C71)

    Please help.

Exact same issue on my end - have you been able to resolve it in the meantime?
