In the new Outlook under Quick steps, you can't seem to 'REPLY TO ALL' with a specific message.

Can this be done some other way?

The workaround presented here does not give you the ability to have pre-drafted email bodies, subject lines or preset email distribution lists/contacts included. It is not sufficient. Please implement all of the Quick Step functionality options from Classic Outlook in New Outlook. I will not be using the new version of Outlook until this is done. I submitted feedback through the Help tab in the app as well.

Please add "Reply All" to the actions available in Quick Steps. I used this all the time to quickly respond with Approval emails. PLEASE!

    Thanks for your updates.

After we tested on your same version. We found there's no such option for creating 'REPLY TO ALL' as a new action in "Quick Steps."

Nevertheless, we've found a workaround for you that you can refer to below steps:

View > View Settings > General > Accessibility > Keyboard shortcuts >Select Outlook for Windows > Click here

Here are lots of shortcuts may meet your needs.

In addition, since there's no option as the "Reply all" in new Outlook for Windows, and it is approaching into the design level that we could not much for you. Thus, would you please share your precious idea in here:

    Hi, Irwin Lipworth

    Good day.

Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist you.

According to your description, it is possible for you to create a custom Quick Step to reply to all with a specific message in the new Outlook for Windows.

Here's steps that you can give an attempt and see if it can make any differences:

    1. Click on the Home tab in the ribbon.
    2. Click on the Quick Steps dropdown.
    3. Click on the Create New Quick Step option.
    4. In the Edit Quick Step dialog box, give your Quick Step a name (e.g. Reply to All with Specific Message).
    5. Under the Actions section, click on the Choose an Action dropdown and select Reply All.
    6. In the Reply All section, click on the Use an Existing Message dropdown and select the message you want to use as your template.
    7. Click on the Finish button to save your Quick Step.

Now, whenever you want to reply to all with a specific message, simply click on the Quick Steps dropdown and select your custom Quick Step.

Please feel free to contact us if you need further assistance.

    Hope you all the best!
