    Dear Ch Muhammad Usama,

Good morning! Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community. We will be happy to help you.

Based on your description, I understand your concern.

If the recall report says that the recall was successful, it means that the email recall process was completed on your end. However, the email may still appear in your Sent Items folder because it is a record of the email that you sent, refer to Recall or replace an email message that you sent in Outlook - Microsoft Support.

Regarding the recipient's inbox, if the email was successfully recalled before the recipient opened it, then the email should be deleted from their inbox without them ever seeing it. However, if the recipient has already opened the email, then the recall will not work, and they will still see the original email. See Recall or replace a sent email - Microsoft Support.

It's important to note that the recall feature is not always reliable, and there are many factors that can affect its success. Therefore, it's always a good idea to double-check your emails before sending them to avoid any potential issues.

I hope the above information will be helpful. Please feel free to let me know if you have any other concern or if I've got you wrong.

Please note that our initial response may not always resolve the issue right away. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution. Thank you for your help.
