In the new Outlook desktop version, it could be in the top tab bar View > Sync button.

There is no "send/receive" button, that's why I am inquiring. I have not found "sync folders" either.

Can someone from Microsoft Support, who is actually aware of the new Outlook functionalities, reply here?

That is not true. I JUST downloaded the most recent version and there is no sync or send/recieve buttons. I have uninstalled the same day as I'm not having it. 5/2/24 is the day I tried it.

Same for me - no send and receive button, and i'm not getting emails come through. I have to close the app and re-open for new emails to appear.
