Why are my scheduled delayed deliveries not sending through outlook web an online server that is supposed to be more accurate than the outlook app?

Why are my scheduled delayed deliveries not sending through outlook web? I have messed with this for weeks and I can not figure out how my scheduled messages won't send. They will literally sent in my drafts folder, after the scheduled time, still showing the scheduled time, and not sending. The whole reason I even scheduled them through outlook web was because I thought there wouldn't be connection/server issues like there may be in the app. There has got to be some sort of syncing problem or setting issue in my account, because I have colleagues who do it the exact same way as me and I have 0 issues. I have given up on this and I've tried everything possible to fix. Also, in the outlook web, it only shows the scheduled time if I pop out the message, it doesn't show the scheduled time in my drafts folder. This is odd too. And on my outlook app on my phone, the scheduled times do show. I just don't get this.............. something is up with either my settings or outlook profile. No one else doing this, the exact same way I am, has this issue. PLEASE HELP

I have to be able to send messages in advance, as many cases it's an overnight message where I'm not on my computer at that time.

I am having the exact same issue. This has been going on for two weeks. I am using Microsoft Office for Mac.

Additionally, once I realize that my delayed message hasn't sent, I don't have any ability to send it. I try to edit but my only option is really to delete.

    Please help!

Yes that's what I've been doing, I've been delaying the delivery on each individual message. It's saying it's scheduled, with a time, then once that time arrives, the email is still sitting in drafts (with the scheduled time...... that has passed) and didn't send.

Ie. I schedule an individual message to send 2/28 at 1p. Well, 1p comes and goes, and the message is still in my drafts, scheduled to send at 1p, but didn't send and it's now 2:15p.

    1. I'm using chrome which is the internet browser that is recommended. I will clear the cache and cookies though! And the messages aren't going into the sent folder because they aren't sending.... they are in drafts as schedule sends.
    2. yes it's working through the app, but not through outlook web. Outlook web is where I am trying to schedule them to guarantee they go out (in case of power outtage etc, trying to get them scheduled via server)
    3. I am setting these to delay deliver, and so far I have about 5 that didnt send last week that were scheduled to send. No rhyme or reason why they didn't send. They were scheduled, but didn't send on the time/date they were scheduled on.

I'm having the same issues. - It changes from the heading with the specific date on, down to a heading titled "none".

Even if I go back into the email, it doesn't give me the ability to send, despite changing the delayed delivery.

It's causing so much extra work now, and has done for the last 6 weeks.
