    Welcome to the Microsoft Community Forum. Please accept our warmest regards and sincerest hope that all is well.

    I understand that you'd like to go back to the old version of Outlook or what we now call the classic version of Outlook for Windows.

    Assuming that you already are using "new" Outlook for Windows app now, you can revert this change by using the steps from the guide below.

    If you still can't go back to "old" Outlook using the guide above, please consider re-installing Office using the link below.
