Using Outlook for Android in business environments for email and scheduling
Hello Jon316,
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.
I understand how distressing it can be to encounter persistent email issues, especially when you’ve taken multiple steps to resolve them. It’s perplexing when your Gmail account seems to function smoothly, yet you continue to receive those unwelcome messages from Outlook. . Just to set your expectations, we have limited tools to check your account, subscription, and service details in the community. Let me do my best to help you.
Let me ask you this:
- May we ask what is the content of the email?
- Please send screenshot. Please hash/censor the following by using Paint, or any editing program: Full name (First name is fine), Email address, contact number, credit number, Product key, and Full Address in the Community.
- What changes made prior to the issue?
- Have you check your gmail webmail?
Please try the following steps:
- Sign in to your Outlook account on your PC.
- Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and select "View all Outlook settings."
- Click on "Sync email" under the "Sync settings" section.
- Make sure that your Gmail account is listed and that the toggle switch is turned on.
- If your Gmail account is not listed, click on "Add account" and follow the prompts to add your Gmail account.
- Once your Gmail account is properly synced with your Outlook account, you should no longer receive permission emails.
If you continue to experience issues, please let me know further.
