Outlook not displaying attachments from a specific sender

I'm using Outlook online, directly from the Microsoft site.

Until a few days ago everything was fine but now I have this problem, attachments coming from only one sender are not displayed in the reading area or when opening the email.

The attachment only appears when I forward the email.

I don't have this problem with any other sender except one.

No other users have this problem.

Maybe I activated some options.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Dear Davi Gardenal,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

Based on your description, I understand that you are experiencing an issue with Outlook not displaying attachments from a specific sender.

To troubleshoot this issue, I suggest you try the following steps:

    1. Have you checked if the attachment is blocked? Sometimes, Outlook blocks certain types of attachments for security reasons. To check if the attachment is blocked, click on the message to open it, and then click on the "Attachments" dropdown menu. If the attachment is blocked, you will see a message that says "Outlook blocked access to the following potentially unsafe attachments." If this is the case, you can click on the "Download" button to download the attachment.
    2. Have you checked if the sender is on your blocked senders list? If you have accidently added the sender to your blocked senders list, Outlook will automatically block any emails from that sender, including attachments. To check if the sender is on your blocked senders list, go to Settings > View all Outlook settings > Mail > Junk email.
    3. Have you checked if the attachment is too large? Outlook has a limit on the size of attachments that can be sent and received. If the attachment is too large, it may not be displayed in the reading area.
    4. Could you please try different browser or use browser in InPrivate mode to check if the issue may be with the browser being used?

If none of these steps resolve the issue, let me know so we can explore more options. Please understand that our initial response may not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.
