Bookings notes are not showing in outlook or on the "edit" section of bookings.

When we have customers book through Bookings and leave notes, they no longer show up on our calendar invite. Also, if I log into the bookings admin page and go to edit the booking itself, the notes section is blank. We have tested numerous times to add notes and it allows us to, but the notes seem to disappear afterwards.

I have a similar issue, I have added an custom field for "Additional Notes". In the Outlook appointment, I see both the Customer Notes and the Additional Notes, but when editing the appointment from the Bookings Calendar (via Teams or web), I see the additional notes, but the Customer notes section is blank.

    1. I understand that you are using Outlook desktop client, if yes, could you please share with me what Office version number are you using currently? About Office: What version of Office am I using? - Microsoft Support
    2. If you open Outlook in safe mode, can you confirm me are you getting any difference?
    3. Furthermore, I need to double check what situation are you getting on Outlook web application client (https://outlook.office.com)?

I am asking some information because I did not find some specific information in your thread description to know your situation.
