    Hi,

    To change the phone number associated with your Microsoft account, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Microsoft account security page: https://account.microsoft.com/security/
    2. Sign in with your Microsoft account credentials.
    3. Click on "Update info" under the "Security info" section.
    4. Click on "Add a new phone number" and follow the prompts to add your new phone number.
    5. Once you have added your new phone number, you can set it as the default for receiving security codes by clicking on "Set as default" next to the phone number.

    After you have updated your phone number, you should be able to receive security codes to your new phone number when logging in to your Microsoft account.

    Hello Supaporn,

    My name is Jackson and thank you for your question.

    I sincerely apologize for the issue with recovering your account, I am a user myself and do not work for Microsoft so I understand how frustrating this is.

    When it comes to account recovery/identity verification, the process is a bit rigid on purpose for security reasons and there's little anyone at support could do to help as the process is fully automated.

    For you to be able to update the account security info, that is to change the number where you get verification codes you need to have access to the password to sign in then follow the add new way to verify your account link. If you do not have access to the Old info to verify, the new details will be updated after 30days;

    Yours sincerely,
