My grandma is having issues logging into her outlook account, she lives in London and cannot get into her account on her end. When I log into outlook and enter her email and password it lets me in- but for some reason she cannot get into her account and it says 'account not found'. I am facetiming her and everything she is doing is right, but when she enters her email and password it says account not found... I have no idea what the problem is or how to fix it.

    Hello Michelle D'Souza

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community Forum.

I understand that your grandma is having trouble logging into her Outlook account. I understand how frustrating this can be, especially when everything seems to be correct on her end.

One possible cause of this issue could be that her account has been temporarily blocked or suspended due to suspicious activity or a violation of Microsoft's terms of service. Another possibility is that there may be a technical issue with the Outlook service itself.

To help resolve this issue, I would recommend the following steps:

    1. Ask your grandma to try resetting her password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the Microsoft login page. This will prompt her to enter her email address and follow the steps to reset her password. Reset a forgotten Microsoft account password - Microsoft Support

    1. If resetting the password doesn't work, ask her to try logging in from a different device or web browser to see if the issue persists.
    2. Check if the email is correctly spelled. Make sure there's no additional spaces on the email address.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Sincerely
