How do I stop PDF attachments from converting to Hyperlinks in Outlook

I am an IT service desk tech and had a client call who is having an issue with PDF's converting to Hyperlinks when he attach's them to an email and would like to stop this from happening.

    Why dont you just tell us how to disable the fucntion..... why all those question ? where is the button to disable this... i never asked for it to change into links... so why does it do that by itself. stupid program.

    Why won't companies just answer the question being asked. So silly. HERE IS THE ANSWER. This worked for me. Took 5 seconds. Good Luck!

    STEPS:

    How do I turn off Adobe Document Cloud link in Outlook?

    You turn it off like this:

    1. Click File on the Outlook menu.
    2. Click Options on the File menu.
    3. Click Add-ins.
    4. Select COM Add-ins from the Manage drop-down.
    5. Click Go.
    6. Deselect Adobe Document Cloud for Microsoft Outlook - Acrobat.
    7. Click OK.

    I converted a word file to PDF file so that I can email it. When I to into my outlook to send an email and attach the file I converted to PDF it automatically saves to the cloud and makes it into a hyper link instead of the attached document. I would like it to be the pdf document that is attached not the hyper link. this is something recent that is automatically happening. How do I change this to just be the document I am attaching?
