Click the "hamburger" menu icon and then expand the 'Folders'. I just found it using the outlook web app.
where is my junk mail folder in my outlook on the web account?

where is my junk mail folder in my outlook on the web account? i need to get to an email that is more than likely in my junk folder and I CAN'T FIND MY JUNK MAIL FOLDER ANYWHERE!?!

2024-05-18T02:50:06+00:00 The screen shot you show is the old Outlook. My computer keeps switching to the new Outlook and the junk folder is nowhere to be found. I have to keep manually switching back to the old Outlook in order to find emails that have gone to junk folder.

It should be just under the inbox in the folder list for consumer accounts. It's after drafts, sent items, and deleted items in Microsoft 365 Work or School accounts.
