We are using Microsoft Edge on our Virtual Desktops (Windows Server 2016/Shared host/Citrix stack) with local profiles (no AAD sync).
Users who want to show/copy or edit passwords saved in the password manager are prompted for their (AD) credentials and get a "Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type for this computer".

In the audit eventlog id 4625, we can see msedge.exe is requesting logon type 2, which is "Interactive".
As they are using are shared OS, they only have "RemoteInteractive" as a logon type and fail the request.

Is there a setting in Microsoft Edge to loosen this requirement?

    Hello

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having issues related to Microsoft Edge can not show or save password.

I can see you are using Password Manager , I would suggest you to check Logs from Password Manager application as well, seems some how AD authentication not working from Edge.

Please also adjust Trusted Intranet sites from Edge.
