Viva Insights Schedule Send

I'm seeing the same thing. I'm using MS Outlook for Windows. I used the Schedule Send all of the time when I'm working late to send the emails the next morning. And it worked beautifully until a couple of days ago. Now when I click the suggested "Schedule Send" link at the top of a draft email, the Viva Insight window opens but it no longer contains the options for the scheduling -- instead I'm seeing other Viva Insights. The new Insights are helpful, but I need my schedule send options back too!

Having the same issue here. There's a bunch of stuff about scheduling focus time, lunches, and quiet time - but nothing about scheduling my email send. None of the items listed as answers are helpful either.

Same here. Viva Insights Schedule Send feature is compatible with our Outlook version; I have used this feature for over a year. But now I am experiencing the same list of unnecessary stuff and nothing about changing my scheduling time. The standard 8:00 AM time is too early for most of our clients. I want to send the emails during our clients' working hours.
