My Outlook experience changed to Office 365. How do I switch my experience back to just Outlook?

For some reason my Outlook experience changed to what I imagine is the Office 365 experience? How do I revert back to just Outlook? Attached are screenshots of the updated experience. For some reason there is "<0w>" in the Search bar and when I go to type a new email, the "Send" "To" and "Cc" buttons are enlarged, and the entire layout is different than what it used to be. Also, my add-in's like Grammarly do not work anymore. Any help is appreciated.

I am having this exact same issue! Came in after the weekend to my work computer and the layout has changed exactly like the above and I can't change it back. Even the search bar is the same showing <0w>.

I have no pending updates and I'd really like to change it back, this new interface is not great.

For some reason it won't let me upload a screenshot of my about outlook page but it says the below

    Product Activated

    Microsoft Outlook 2016

Update Options Button - Microsoft 365 and Office Updates

About Outlook Button - About Outlook

Your screen shot indicates that you have Office Home & Business 2016 which is different from the subscription (365) versions.
