We utilize MS O365 for our Healthcare organization, and would like to make the following enhancement request.

We would like to have the ability to configure different working hours per day of each week.

Thanks

Pete

Just to clarify for anyone else coming here, this does *not* work on the desktop Outlook client for Office 365, you have to use the web version of it.

    Yes, or New Outlook ;-)

This feature is also coming to Outlook Mobile (Android/iOS), Outlook for Mac, and even Microsoft Teams.

    Hello Pete,

    Greetings.

In the new outlook, you can configure working hours on a weekly basis. In the new outlook, select Settings >Calendar >Work hours and location.

    1. Select checkboxes for the days you want to set.
    2. Use the dropdowns to select your work hours or your location each day. Example in screenshot below.

More info here: Set your work hours and location in Outlook - Microsoft Support

In case you have any further queries, please let me know.

    Best Regards,

    Ashraf.

This is all well and good if you have a consistent set of working hours week in, week out, however my hours are consistent on a fortnightly basis. Ideally I would like to apply my working hours to odd weeks and have a different schedule for even weeks. This cannot be the first time someone has asked this question, there's millions of people around the world who work on a similar basis, or even a 3 week or 4 week repeating pattern routine! Taking this into account would be highly beneficial.

That is already an option in New Outlook and Outlook on the Web.

Settings-> Calendar-> Work hours and location

If for instance your working hours change each Monday, you can only set it up to 1 week in advance.

    For more information about this feature and how it reflects to Classic Outlook see;
