    Hi,

When using the standard approach for both action (OoO and forward to internal colleague), only the forwarding seems to work, not the OoO.
When disabling the forward, OoO start working as expected.
Reactiving forward stops the OoO message to be sent...

    My scenario:

I have to delegate signing authority to someone on my team as I am about to go on holidays (enable Out of Office notifications).

For the vast majority of emails I will receive while out of office, Outlook can respond with whatever I create for an OOO message. Can a rule be created for a specific email sender to forward or redirect their emails to my delegate signer?

    Hello Jhon Ronald Rodriguez,

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community! We are happy to assist.

Yes, when you set Out Of Office and you have enabled email forwarding in Outlook the emails will be forwarded to the recipient without you taking any further steps. I have tested this scenario on my side on both New and Classic Outlook. For detailed steps please see Turn on automatic forwarding in Outlook - Microsoft Support and Send automatic out of office replies from Outlook for Windows - Microsoft Support.

Should you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me. Look forward to hearing from you.

Please understand that our initial response may not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

    Best regards,
