Hi. I'm Brian and I'll try to help. The ability to send texts by email is up to the recipient's carrier. Their carrier must provide an email-to-text gateway. For example, if you wish to send a text to an AT&T customer, you can send it to <phonenumber>@txt.att.net. If you wish to send a photo or video, you can email <phonenumber>@mss.att.net. So, ask your recipient whether or not their carrier allows it. Alternatively, if you know their carrier, you should be able to perform a web search for the proper address to use.
