Hi Jo Philbert,
Good day.
Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist.
I understand that dealing with email signatures can be a bit tricky, especially when transitioning to a new version of Outlook some signature maybe impacted try to copy the signature from the old outlook and recreate it in the new outlook .
Manually Recreate Your Signature:
- Consider creating your signature manually in the new Outlook. Here’s how:
- Open the new Outlook app.
- Click on the gear icon (settings) at the top right to access options.
- Select the “Accounts” tab and then choose “Signatures” under the Email Accounts section.
- Pick the signature you want to update from the dropdown.
- Make your changes (including formatting, colors, and font size).
- Hit “Save” to apply the changes2.
Table Formatting:
- Unfortunately, the new Outlook may not handle tables in signatures as well as the old version. If your table borders are missing and text alignment is off, you might need to manually adjust it.
- Consider simplifying the table structure or using alternative formatting (such as plain text) to ensure better compatibility.
I hope this helps let me know if this is contrary to what you need, I would still be helpful to answer more of your questions .
Best Regards
