There is no Message Tab in the new Outlook
Hello there,
To recall a message in Outlook follow the steps below:
1)Open Outlook: Launch the Outlook application and navigate to your "Sent Items" folder.
2)Select the Message: Locate the email message that you want to recall from the "Sent Items" folder. Click to open it.
3)Recall Message: With the email message open, go to the "Message" tab in the top menu ribbon. Here, you should see an option labeled "Actions" or "More Actions."
4)Choose Recall This Message: Click on "Actions" or "More Actions," and then select "Recall This Message" from the drop-down menu.
5)Choose Recall Options: After selecting "Recall This Message," you will see a dialog box with recall options. You can choose to delete unread copies of the message or delete unread copies and replace them with a new message. Make your selection based on your preference.
6)Confirm Recall: Click "OK" or "Recall" to confirm your recall action. If the recall is successful, you should receive a notification confirming it.
I hope the following steps assisted you and should you have anymore problems/concerns please do not hesitate to contact me again.
Thanks,
Parth P.
