My sender reputation is 10/10 but getting "Queued mail for delivery" anyway and being sent to spam.

Hello,

My company removed link has worked hard to achieve a 10/10 sender score by adding all required records and ensuring our server's reputation as can be seen on the sender score report:

https://www.mail-tester.com/test-by2m28zfl

Any way, when sending emails to any Hotmail or Outlook addresses, I get the response "Queued mail for delivery" from your mail servers and, the email eventually gets delivered to SPAM or not delivered at all.

This doesn't happen with any other provider such as Gmail or Yahoo which follow the rules, this is affecting my business with your obviously spam false-positives.

Please advise.

    Dear Jason Tavarez1

Thanks for your post in Microsoft Community.

issues you’re experiencing with email delivery to Hotmail and Outlook addresses. Here are some steps and recommendations that might help resolve the problem:

    Monitor Your Email Sending Practices

    • Email Content: Avoid using spam trigger words and excessive links. Ensure your email content is relevant and not misleading.
    • Sending Frequency: Monitor the frequency of your emails. Sending too many emails in a short period can trigger spam filters.

Check Microsoft’s Junk Email Reporting Program (JMRP)

    • Enroll in JMRP: Sign up for Microsoft’s Junk Email Reporting Program to receive feedback on emails marked as spam by users. This can help you adjust your practices accordingly.

Use Microsoft’s SNDS (Smart Network Data Services)

    • Monitor IP Reputation: Enroll in Microsoft’s SNDS to monitor the reputation of your IP addresses and see if they are being flagged by Microsoft’s spam filters.

You can register and use Microsoft's Smart Network Data Services (SNDS) to monitor the reputation of your IP address by visiting:

    https://sendersupport.olc.protection.outlook.com/snds/

On this page, you can sign up for an account and see if your IP address has been flagged by Microsoft's spam filters. By monitoring your IP address's reputation, you can better understand why messages might be marked as spam and take appropriate action.

Hopefully these steps will help resolve the issue with mail going to spam when sent to Hotmail or Outlook. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please feel free to let me know.

    Best Regards
