I am looking to see if there is a way to import a file from Microsoft Project (Calendar Style) into Microsoft Outlook Calendar? I am creating a construction schedule through Microsoft Project that last a year and would like to import that into an Outlook Calendar. Is this possible?

Open the Microsoft Project Task Center and click "Actions" to open a drop-down menu. Click "Synchronize to Outlook" to open a download dialog box. Click "Download Now" then click "Run" to download the plugin. Open Outlook.

I am not familiar with Microsoft Project Task Center. We use MS Projects for multiple tasks with multiple people. Everyone is also using MS 365 Outlook. I see no reference to Task Center in MS Projects. Can I get additional help to understand how MS Projects, Outlook and Microsoft Project Task Center live together?
