Sending, receiving, and organizing email in Outlook.com

I'm a Non-Microsoft Staff I don't have access to your account, nor I'm authorized to do so.
- Open Outlook 365 in your web browser. Click the Settings (gear) icon and select Email. Under Message handling, find the Mark as read section. Change the setting to “Don’t automatically mark items as read”. Also, check the option "Always keep items unread unless I explicitly mark them as read
- Change your Time zone to another country >> save >>Close Outlook Update time zone >> change it back to your Normal time >> save Close outlook Relaunch Outlook and confirm the behavior.
