Thank you for your reply!
I understand you’re looking to search for text within a single email in the new Outlook. While the Ctrl + F function is commonly used for such a purpose in other applications, in Outlook, this shortcut is designated for forwarding emails.
In the new Outlook, to search within a specific email thread, you can use the Ctrl + E shortcut to activate the search bar and then type in your query. This will highlight the text within the thread. Unfortunately, searching within a single email isn’t directly available in the new Outlook desktop app as it is in other versions or the web app.
If you’re using the Outlook Web App (OWA), you can open the email and use the browser’s search functionality (Ctrl + F) to find specific text within that email.
I hope this helps, and please let us know if you have any further questions or require additional assistance. Thank you and have a great day.
Best Regards
